I did a quick read through some of the documents. Looks like $6M at a 6% rate. There is an option for the holder of the notes to convert to shares at $3
Rory said they were looking at debt financing. Me likely a LOT!
No dilution. Guess the shert lost that bet. Fear over.
The 3 note holder must think the stock is going much higher than $3. I thought it said the note is for 1 year.
