Re: Evil Rabbit #114979
If CytoDyn posted the $6.5m bond that's due tomorrow, it would mean Amarex/NSF is one step closer to having the court ordered auditors walking their hallways on Feb 1st. They do NOT want this to happen. I don't know if today's cancellation was related to Amarex, but I wouldn't be surprised if there are settlement discussions going on at this time.
I also found it interesting that Closet disliked BuddyBoy's post this morning (13 liked it) where he posted that someone else thought this morning's cancellation may be related to settling the Amarex lawsuit settlement. Why would any shareholder (or human being for that matter) give that post a thumbs down?? It's sad that Closet puts his hatred of NP over settling a lawsuit that would give CytoDyn the data they need to submit the BLA for approval, and thereby getting this life saving drug to those who need it to stay alive. What a soulless POS he turned out to be.

But it is possible Amarex realized Cytodyn would deliver and then decided to settle the case.
