And for people to remove posts I think it's not appropriate, the past including PR's is all part of the story and it reflects results and/or (missed) promises.
The bylaws protect Management up to a point.......except:

for any breach of duty of loyalty to us or to our stockholders;•

for acts or omissions not in good faith or that involve intentional misconduct or a knowing violation of law;•

for unlawful payment of dividends or unlawful stock repurchases or redemptions; or•

for any transaction from which the director derived an improper personal benefit.

So let's clear up the silence and inform shareholders of proper conduct ......
