The reason it makes no sense is because a refusal to answer would not screw anything up. If it did, no one would take the 5th or refuse to take the stand in their own defense. The whole point of not answering is to not say something that COULD mess things up.
The Amarex lawsuit settling is not anywhere near a good enough reason to not update on NASH, mTNBC, covid, BTD, financing...
Something much bigger is brewing, be it good or bad.
Good? NASH partnership
Bad? Negotiating golden parachutes
Mid range? There is a sale today only at Bath and Body Works on the 3 wick candles that NP loves.
