Maybe they need the time to negotiate something or finalize paperwork. Taking all your executives out of commission for a few hours today (to prepare for and attend a CC) would have interfered in the negotiations or finalization if that were going on.
But, basically, I have no idea what this all means.
Apparently, neither does the market, up a few pennies, down a few pennies.
