I thought on the Season 1 of 2 Minute Drill one of the contests was also on Shark Tank and may have done a deal with Lori. If so, there would be no way she wouldn't have watched or known about Verb.

I looked for a filing. Seems like the sp pops sometimes an hour before one gets filed on stocks. Maybe bad FBI agent tipping off the fake scambusters again?
