The real concern is not insolvency or bankruptcy, but being defunct as an entity..... by that I mean, no office, no update to required registrations, no officers at the healm, no operating board, no accountings and no money being handled to distribute and pay bills.... After all, there are no lines of communication unless they have a shortwave transmitter on Mars..
