Documents being prepared for signature. Delivery for a Happy New Year.

So these documents are now in the hands of the understaffed "agencies" I am assuming.

I will take it as progress and have been able to add down here in the .03's thankfully. The world as we know it has moved in slow motion for the better part of the last two years. I am praying at some point we get back to some form of normalcy. Doc has continued to push us forward despite Covid.
If the paperwork is in the hands of the SEC, or FINRA, etc. I know we are closer to launch.
