They’re adjusting in real time. Studies have shifted to 700mg or IV for the first dose, longhaulers patients take LL longer, etc. They’ll continue to fine tune things as they see new results (thanks to Recknor) and with future indications Ohm may be right in that they’ll shift up from 350mg dose moving forward.
