Agree about "high hopes" being dashed. I still do not know how ACS fumbled the DoD ball. SFOR IP passed rigorous DISA testing & evaluation. It was successfully used in a try before buy DoD contractor exercise. ACS got two SBIR grant awards. Then nothing! No follow on or Phase three award. How did our vendor ACS drop the DoD ball? Bottom Line- our troop's mobile devices are still unprotected! This upsets me to no end.
Why? What happened? Shareholders deserve a
full explanation that I hope comes out of a lawsuit for failure to deliver and pay.
