Zolis - It is not a matter of tearing apart your wording. It is a matter of pointing out the difference between words and actions. There has been a lot of talk coming out of these companies over the last 3+ years; I was willing to wait, to stay invested, and to take a very positive attitude toward the companies, so long as they kept moving forward with the plan. What I witnessed, however, were multiple instances of a new product or a new service being promoted, and no follow through.
Hylander mentioned "the cancer drug" (AE37, I believe) as holding promise, delivering 10 years of trials, and Excellagen as "being delivered." What has happened to the cancer drug? Where are the VA orders for Excellagen and why can't even those sales pay the rent in Miramar? I will say this - hylander hit the nail on the head when he said :" He (Joe) made a ton of promises which not one came true. He let his 'hundreds of thousands' of shareholders completely down. Totally." He had 3+ years to drive these companies into the ground. How long should he be allowed in order to resurrect them? He has used the "wait a little longer" and "it's not my fault" excuses for far too long. He should resign, or be voted out. There no longer is any valid reason to expect him to be the person at the helm who will guide these companies off the coral reef that is tearing the ship apart. Self-respect, humility, and dignity dictate that he no longer be in charge. His apparent refusal to step down demonstrates that this is not about the survival of these companies, but instead about his ego (unless there is something sinister at play, which seems to be a growing possibility).
If the rest of the field of 12 horses is coming down the stretch, and yours is just coming around the back turn, the time for optimism that your horse will win, place, or even show, is over.
