It could be called complaining by some or maybe voicing our opinions. It's really hard though to get excited and cheerlead when Doc says the same things. The "Not immediate gratification" line really ticks me off. I've been here over 2.5 years, many been here much longer. He's the one who set expectations high and IMMEDIATE when he said it's time to deliver
Maybe the whole board can take a little better tone, I'll do my share.
