I dont know if anyone noticed something else interesting in my reply from Doc. He kind of acknowledged in a way he expected it to be done sooner, but due to him not having control over all the entities, it's out of his control. Once he has more control over all entities involved then he will tweet. He is realizing his timelines are not great, so once he has more control and involvement over it all then he will tweet. Which to be honest is what he should have done from get go.
