My guess is that Dr. Dalton is still an advisor to Kizmet, but that they removed his bio (temporarily?) in response to questions like "Is UNVC one of the companies involved in your IPO/Jan 15 investor round?"
They probably did this to eliminate any confusion about whether UNVC is involved in their IPO/going public.
