Zolis - No 10-K, no 10-Q, no current address, no update to the website to identify board members/executive no longer with the company(ies) - that does not sound like the actions of a person with the shareholders' best interests in mind. Only a fool would believe that some secret "gag order" has prevented the CEO from complying with the law - I have read many of your posts, and you clearly are not a fool. Is there a rational explanation for the management at these companies not performing those acts they legally are required to perform as companies registered to do business in multiple states in the country?
