OK, even with no speculation to why he went current. There is a well known fact that to keep trading, companies had to go current. Going current for UNVC seemed to take a ridiculous amount of time for a simple shell like company. Not much stretch to assume that the amount of money spent was insignificant to the impact on a billion shares going to grey market.
