Zolis- this was a pet peeve of mine back in 2020. Management voted themselves 7 million in bonuses- 2 million of which was in cash. I repeatedly asked if these bonuses had been executed. I was assured by Todd Falls on multiple occasions that they had not. He flatly stated that none of the bonuses were received by management or Joe. I was told by several people on this thread that if this was not true, then it would be evident in the 10k. I believe that is the 10k we are still waiting for. If this wasn’t true then we were mislead by management. That was basis for my post the other day about Theranos trial and being convicted on three counts of misleading investors. Maybe that is the “not going to jail” joe is talking about???
