Individualus are confusing "hedge funds" with fund companies like Fidelity, T. Rowe Price etc. An actual hedge fund, can do whatever they want to, many hedgies invest in penny stocks and could care less what the price is, they are just looking for ways to make money, hedge funds are to "flippers" as large fund companies are to "long term stock holders". Hedge funds cover a huge spectrum of companies, if an actual hedge fund was investing in UNVC over the years, they would have had to file on any position over 5%-10 and that has not taken place, but they could have if there was any interest.
