Clearly someone has not paid attention to the legal filings from Sidley Austin, a firm filled with world-class attorneys, about Amarex/NSF.
The NSF CEO was in contact with CYDY and said he would investigate, because "clearly" CYDY owned the intellectual property. This indicates direct control. Officers of Amarex are also employed by NSF. There were several other instances cited in which clearly NSF was exerting direct control over Amarex.
That certainly destroys any possible defense by NSF that they do not have financial responsibilities for their subsidiary, NSF.
I believe the term "piercing the corporate veil" is one taught in law school.
