To me, it was not merely a choice between Pourhassan and the 13d, but between Pourhassan and any competent CEO.
Pourhassan clearly was not, and is not, qualified to run this or any other biopharma, in my opinion, and should have been replaced with a competent CEO long before now.
If we had a truly independent board, which in my opinion we do not, Pourhassan would have been replaced long before now.
Although I still own about 150,000 shares, and desperately want the company to succeed, I don't know if the company will survive until the next shareholder meeting if Pourhassan remains in charge.
