Suggested by another investor: what if Amarex coughs up a big cash settlement, say, oh, just picking a number out of the air, 60 million?

Does anyone think that Amarex can afford to have it known exactly how badly they screwed up the clinical trial? Does anyone think that allegations of deliberate wrongdoing would be good for their future business?
