It is significant for CYDY that the judge supported the Freedom of Information Act request.
Someone filed a FOIA to find out who at the FDA wrote that awful lying letter about CYDY, and the FDA will not give out the name of the author. This is a violation of FOIA and now that the judge has ruled for the plaintiffs against the FDA in the Pfizer case, this is encouraging for the CYDY investor who filed.
Does anybody remember who it was who filed the FOIA request? I would be happy to contribute to a legal fund to sue the FDA, and I bet others would contribute too.
