Yes he Does, but at this time I am giving him the benefit of the doubt, sometimes you can speak to soon and your plans fall through, I am hoping some of the pieces took a little longer than expected to fall into place, he is surely dealing with many different people and personalities. Lets hope he's just waiting to speak when the puzzle is completed!!
