I don't quite understand your post about NP and SK being RELEGATED to "prove it status" as "prove it" is what SCIENCE is all about. It's not about "You're my buddy, so here's a BTD and an approval because I really appreciate that awesome bottle of scotch you gave me and the cookies your wife made." LOL

I believe they are held to the same standard as another company, but we have to admit (if being realistic) that CYDY likes to submit the bare minimum amount of data a great deal of the time, which has not quite proven to be an effective way of dealing with the FDA. Their history tells the story pretty well.
