$EGOC/ECEN good morning. My thought on the FINRA wait is that because there is a reverse merger involved, and the new company has a lot of subsidiaries and moving parts, that the approval is probably going to take longer than the average.
I am not an expert on FINRA, but I know there is a lot of documentation that the company needs to provide to get an approval, and FINRA sometimes gets back to them with additional questions and requests for documents that the company then needs to provide answers to.
That said, we are over 2 months into the process and the approval could come at any time. We also have Danforth, an accounting firm, and an attorney with a specialization in mergers working for us on this.
OTC traders and investors don't like to wait for anything, but I am constantly amazed at how well we hold our pps up through this. Any other ticker would have sold off.
