I don't believe Doc ever said HRI was going to be a part of us, if i am wrong i hope some corrects me. The speculation came from him leaving PPSI [ which is already a subsidiary ] out of any filings. It was claimed that PPSI went through HRI which was a Shell Company. Hope this could be correct, but we really don't know.
