This is how I interpreted today's action on the news.

Leading up to the imminent expected news, short volume dried up and price just treaded water as buyers were tapped out/needed encouragement to buy.

We got the news, but no buyers. Shorts waited a bit to make sure and then they pounced.

Just gonna keep my head down and add more whenever I can.
