So let me throw a crazy scenario out there. What if the US didn't want China to have the Complete vaccine ( assuming it works). They froze the company while do their own testing....I don't doubt there is an investigation going on also. They gave Generex a chunk of money to put things on hold - can't report it or talk about it. If it works great they would have to make an offer that couldn't be refused to break those contracts. Since the vaccine is under NGIO, i think the government would have some input into how the NUGX mess got cleaned up before any deal could be made. Under that scenario, no money would need to be raised so they could just swap the shares....or buy back the NUGX shares and spin it out later....Just throwing that out there. I don't even know what to think at this point.

One problem I have is I don't think the people making the decisions want the pandemic to end. Maybe they're worried about a severe mutation. Maybe they would shelve it?
