He's likely going to have plenty of 'deals' to come in order to continue organically growing the business but there should not be any hold-ups to letting shareholders know more about what's happening... this is what real, true, good, great companies/CEOs do.

Had to correct it to read "in this case" regarding the .25/per share because that's not always the amount but Kizmet ... likey to set a share price or whatever other reason... chose this amount. One of my others was only .02
