If the company has the flexibility to report the investigation to it's shareholders but elects NOT to, maybe they elect NOT to because it would be WORSE to report it than not to. If that's the case, it say's a whole lot. We are at 5's, how much worse can it get? We are all applying some sort of "common sense" but most of us refuse to admit the obvious. Joe & company appeared to have "screwed the pooch".
