I could be mis-remembering, I can't recall Joe using the word "investigation" in a public statement. He did use audit or deep dive audit or review related to the GNBT S-1 filing. This audit was subsequently "cleared" per Joe and the S-1 became effective. They did get a polite reminder about being responsible for their public statements. Probably about the "complete vaccine" phrasing. JMO.

Otherwise, we know the company claimed not to know what was going on with NUGX and was going to have it looked into.
