NYD - refresh my memory - what is their "other core business" (i.e., the one that is generating a steady stream of revenue)? Not being facetious, just asking what is making money for them, because at the moment (and for the last year, at least), it appears nothing is, and other than dilution (and even that has stopped), it has appeared that neither company is generating any gross revenue, much less net revenue.
