What's up with visa prepaid gift cards this year? They charge a 5.95 activation fee at the reg at time of purchase. OK. Fine.
I gave a few for Christmas gifts but the cards don't work for the recipients. Says Not activated. The money was paid up front, full.
How is this even possible? Better question, where did the money actually go?
