Interesting scheme sell in 1 brokerage and buy with a different. Not sure IRS would agree. I thought of the same thing (*naive investor here*) until I realized that may precipitate an audit. Not sure that game is worth it, when you'll lose if audited. If this person is in the 12% tax bracket probably little risk of an audit. But not sure it's worth the hassle.

Waiting patiently for NASH (like everyone). Sitting tight and not expecting to hear anything until a week or 2 into Jan. Will be pleasantly surprised if it's sooner. I'm expecting we meet endpoints easily.
