What happened to that big 'concern' non-investors had about my company?
Why hasn't Verb tapped that ATM?
If I was Verb, I'd hit that ATM for $10M and explode Market and Verb.TV, but that's just me.

"ATMs can be positioned in advance of an upcoming liquidity event or major milestone to take advantage of increased liquidity and a rising stock price."
Many companies would have a Shelf, if they could, but don't qualify. I think that is true of ATMs too, but forget. Do your own DD.
So what 'major milestone' is upcoming?

Market cap about what it was 9 months ago. What is different between now and then is a number of products have been released. Added new customers. Revenues are growing. Team growing. New division added. You would think the company would be worth at x what it was last year, if the stock wasn't sherted down, eh?

Take a look at some peer companies and see what they are worth
Bambuser that was shown in the NTD video today with millions of views is valued at $360M. Interesting it was Rory speaking and not the CEO from Bambuser. Few would notice Bambuser was even there.
I guess Bambuser is too busy trying to get existing customers to renew...
