I do know the meaning of a little joke.
And 2 x $1 equals $2. And $2 is between $1 and $4.
And, generally, the only way a company is going to sell stock at double the current market price is by selling a lot of it to someone, thereby providing them with a significant stake in the future decisions.
But, mostly, I was just joking. Everything will be okay. I didn't break the sanctity of the board or anything. Just a joke. A little joke. I even put a smiley face there. Because it was a little joke.
