There is little doubt that covid will eventually become endemic rather than pandemic. When and at what level of virulence an endemic covid persists are huge unknowns.
Leronlimab may make more money as a cancer drug, but it also can be the ultimate therapeutic for acute immune dysregulation - cytokine storm and SIRS/Sepsis. Proving efficacy with Covid will be an enormous step to treating those failing to overcome a range of pathogenic insults.
