Stock: You are very persuasive in your analysis, but the scheme you present is not likely in the reality of the moment..... First, I think there may be some criminal exposure going on arising from this whole debacle. Either the attorneys for those involved have called a cease and desist on any self-dealing with the company stock or the SEC has some very hefty restrictions in place preventing the selling or buying the stock at this time including using the stock pool to raise money for operations or any other reason.

I would think the stock has been low enough for so long, that if your theory were true, anyone with brains would not drive the stock entirely into the ground before buying in. We would have seen some very large blocks going to the insiders further back within the last 90 days on the buy side. Once below .10, if they buy in, the deception is ever more obvious.
