Junebug, I agree Doc has 2 days left this year so we will know soon. If he didn't mean by Dec 31st 2021, why would he even mention a happy new year a few days before Christmas? Is there any proof any of those you mentioned are waiting for anything from Doc? How would UNVC benefit from the Flex for Checks program? We know basically nothing.
