How to find current note holders?
In USPTO patent database, Ii key patent # 7179645 has 6 security agreements. The patent expires Nov, 2023. How come a soon to be expired technology has so much value?

This technology is assigned to 6 different note holders. I contacted one of them, they said they already reassigned to others. Does anyone know how to find current note holder information? Should this be public information?
