Cody - yelling at the car is in fact a waste of time but holding the drivers accountable might not be. Depends on how deep management personal pockets are. I am not familiar with the law in this situation but in my practice if someone sues for malpractice they can go though the corporate structure and other legally contrived obstacles like it’s tissue paper. I personally will ultimately be held accountable in some way- as should this arrogant, indifferent, clueless BOD and management. In my opinion, a good legal opinion is indicated at this point in time.
