Whats 80 M in free cash flow worth in today's market?
The new deal should be worth north of $120M in free CF at 80 buck oil and after fat CAPEX budgets and OPEX we should be netting around $80M in free cashflow.
Now add Canada production to this and maybe 90 million free cash flow
