Don't try to figure out what's going on, it's a total disregard towards shareholders to stay quiet for months. It's clear there are potential serious issues with the company/ Management-team. Joe is hiding and maybe the only option for shareholders to initiate a Class Action including CEO/BOD depositions. We need current GNBT/NGIO valuation and China deal verification if IP was transferred. Also Merck/AE37 status, any revenue??, and remaining Management members/ business address. Maybe they hope shareholders will quietly "disappear" and NGIO IPO, if still a consideration, just to benefit Class A ................
