Zolis: Tell me why if the failure to file required financial reports stems from some investigation tied to an order of silence handed down by SEC regulators, why the SEC would not require, allow for the company to communicate for the benefit of shareholders the reason the reports were not timely filed. The SEC is not in the business of manipulating pps of listed companies yet that would be the foreseeable consequence of restraining the reports and then the disclosure of the basis for the reports being missed in accordance with its own guidelines.. The apparent fact for no filing must be the company is without the means, financial or practical, to have an auditor-certified report prepared and filed.
