Legalities aside with the lawsuit, Joe should be dismissed by the BoD based on the text message alone.

There is no place for such in today's world, especially as the face of a public company.

Assuming he has not already been dismissed, Joe should do the right thing and resign.

Perhaps there is a place for him within the company somewhere but at this point it needs to be not in the President/CEO/CoB positions.

Same goes for his position in NuGenerex.
