Dipete, In my tealeaf reading I see that Innova QMC was removed from the US website when the rapid test failed to be approved by the FDA.
YET, the Innova QMC HealthID app remained in both the Europe and out side of US and Europe website WHERE THE INNOVA RAPID TEST ARE BEING SOLD.
As long as the rapid test had a marketplace.

IMHO, It was announce in the 8k of the Pasaca agreement..
"Pasaca guaranteed that the Company would receive cumulative gross royalties and/or gross sales, licensing or other revenues under the Distribution Agreement of no less than $15,000,000, over the period including 2020 and continuing until twelve months after the Company has completed development of a functioning product integrating the QMC HealthID IP and Innova Medical Group’s products"
