I was doing some research and based on another stock I own. Doc can issue a PR before the 8K, you issue the PR than the 8K. In that order. I did not know the exact order, maybe others did, but I did not and I think its good info for all to know. Once doc issues the PR, he has 4 days to issue an 8K.
