My opinion is that we have been chasing carrots since last November. As I pointed out at the time, 7 million in bonuses was a huge red flag. Todd has assured me on multiple occasions that these bonuses were never executed. In light of everything that has or has not happened in the last year, is that credible/true, do we have recourse if it is not, and does the SEC offer shareholders protection from actions like this???
