When folks depart a company quietly without an announcement from the company or the individual it raises red flags. In the grand scheme of things it's not a "show stopper" but when added to everything else in it's totality, it's another sign that things are not going well. Why do I get this sense we are hanging onto to something that keeps sinking lower & lower & lower? Anyways, hopefully everyone had a good Christmas. GLTA!
