secondly, Why on earth we got Chris as VP/director when he is CEO pf Pac Roots at the same time. This is a red flag for me. You can not perform two crucial jobs at the same time. One has to give away. Unless this relationship will be cleared at the later date. This is my concern and I need to bring it up here for discussion.
